Ferman Delivers Ferman would do well to clone Mssrs. Phil Marchitelli and Steve Kikta. They know the business. They are not "pushy salesmem types". (I know that Mr Ferman would do well to clone Mssrs. Phil Marchitelli and Steve Kikta. They know the business. They are not "pushy salesmem types". (I know that Mr. Kikta is not a saleman, but, he does present alertative extended warranties, for instance). As customers we felt in charge of what we wanted and they were facilitators. I think those are characteristics of Professional Salespersons. Mr. Marchitelli knew every feature in the vehicles and Mr. Kikta was just as up-to-date on the cars, as well. Frankly, it doesn't get any better than that. They should be upheld as examples to follow. More
