Had my truck in there twice with the same issue, voice command not working properly. The first time they did an upgrade on the navigation. The issue was not fixed, I still had voice command issues. Did they even give voice commands to see how it responded? This was done under warranty, so I guess you get paid for warranty work twice and a third time if I bring it back. More
