I had my car in the shop for 2 days, I was there for an oil change and starter replacement. I had to call to receive updates. I was told the oil change was completed on the Thursday and they were doing di oil change and starter replacement. I had to call to receive updates. When I told them to pull it out they said the oil change had not been done either. Basically had my car in the shop for 2 days and no work was done. More
