I spent over four $500 for mine a bowed like a banana And they kindly replace it but the second one was just as bad stuff gets caught underneath all the time I can’t drag anything out of the bed without getting caught on it . It’s probably a factory problem I should’ve probably went with the spray on bed-liner i’m the type of person that doesn’t like to constantly complain so I’m at the point that I might just take it out and toss it on the curb rather than mention it again which I did the next time I had a oil change but it didn’t lead anywhere More

The collision center was a hot mess to say the least. They lost my car for a full week and couldn’t find it for the insurance adjuster to look at it. The parts were back ordered, which was not their faul They lost my car for a full week and couldn’t find it for the insurance adjuster to look at it. The parts were back ordered, which was not their fault, but after my parts did finally come in, they didn’t even start working on it until a full week later. By this time, my 30 day rental had run out, and they refused to pay for the additional days, even though my car and the parts were at the shop the week prior. Then, when I did finally get my car back, there was a new scrape on the rear quarter panel, that was very clearly touched up with paint in the past few days. I didn’t even call them on it because there was no way I was bringing my car back to them. To say I was disappointed would be the understatement of the year. Their service center has always been amazing, because I have been going there for the past ten years, but the collision center is an entirely different monster that I will forever avoid at all costs. I had my car in the shop for 2 days, I was there for an oil change and starter replacement. I had to call to receive updates. I was told the oil change was completed on the Thursday and they were doing di oil change and starter replacement. I had to call to receive updates. When I told them to pull it out they said the oil change had not been done either. Basically had my car in the shop for 2 days and no work was done. More
