Best customer service I have ever received. I went to the body shop because of my lifetime repairs guaranty from my Insurance company Liberty Mutual. I love my car and I wanted good repair work I went to the body shop because of my lifetime repairs guaranty from my Insurance company Liberty Mutual. I love my car and I wanted good repair work due to my fender bender so I went through the list of company's and chose the Ferman Body Shop because of the family name and reputation. From prior auto body work I was worried about the outcome because my car was a Mercedes ML350 which has been super maintained and cared for. Micky Eufermia met me in the drive and took over conversation when I asked for manager to promise me good work and to go over my whole car for all needed repairs caused by this accident and any prior damage. When I picked up my car it was spotlessly repaired and clean and some additional items needed were recommended and done leaving my car almost new in condition and appearance. Awesome work, awesome people. I will use Ferman Chevrolet for future Auto Body work and service on a Chevy Blazer I own along with possibly buying a Traverse once stock is restored.
