Very disappointed with the service. When I called to make appointment for service & engine light check, I asked if they were able to check the car & fix problem the same day and said ye When I called to make appointment for service & engine light check, I asked if they were able to check the car & fix problem the same day and said yes. So I made appointment. When I got there spoke to the advisor, who just took my info & said will call when ready. After 4 hours with no call I called the advisor and he said that I was scheduled to leave the car for 3-4 days so they can check the problem & fix, which was not what it was said to me when made appointment nor by advisor when left the car. I ended up picking my car & taking it to different dealership to be serviced. Very disappointed. More
