One we selected a model, he being extremely knowledgeable discussed the model features fully. Quite impressive his knowledge of the products. Didn't make the deal that day but left thinking we would try elsewhere. Visited 2 other dealerships and frankly they were terrible. Sales people were clueless of model feature, we knew more than they did! Honestly unbelievable, even the manger(s) in Tampa did not know the the Voyagers were even being made! Anyway, we called Pete back, took up where we left off with, agreed to a deal a took delivery the next day! Car buying is usually such a hassle, it's normally a dreaded event. Of all the new cars I have bought over the years, I must admit dealing with Pete and Ferman has probably the best care experience ever! Keep up the good works guys!
