Don’t buy the Service Plan. No matter how much they push it I will never do business with Ferman, or any business associated with Ferman. While I got the truck I wanted, at an agreeable price, I was force fed I will never do business with Ferman, or any business associated with Ferman. While I got the truck I wanted, at an agreeable price, I was force fed a vehicle maintenance agreement. I told finance I did not want this as I lived too far away to return for oil changes or tire rotation. I was specifically told, by finance, that I could use the coupons at and dealership, receive maintenance and not be out of pocket. This proved to be an intentional and blatant lie. I have tried to get oil changes and tire rotations at my local dealership but was forced to pay. I am in the process of contacting the loan company to cancel this worthless service plan. More
