My salesman was Jonathan and honestly part of the ease of my purchase was due to his attention to detail and personality he made the buying process comfortable due to his no pressure sales experience. Both Jonathan & Eric worked with the lenders in order to obtain an affordable monthly payment for me. They both exceeded my expectations of the “usual” car dealership stigma. Ferman Chrysler has no integrity or honesty. They act friendly, but if you should decide to go there remember it’s a wolf in sheep's clothing. They want to trap you into financing a car at a ridiculous interest rate. It’s so high in fact that you will actually pay double at the end of the loan. They said our loan didn’t go through. Then we found a much better financing institution on our own and wanted to go use the other lender. Sounds good right? Well, no because they twisted their way around some red tape and trapped us into the higher rate. Remember, I described them as a wolf in sheep’s clothing? They put up a big front to act like they would allow us to use a different finance company. They even had us drive two hours to their dealership to sign papers. In the end, they did the switch. Oh we decided to find the loan 3 days ago. No phone call, no text just a long drive for nothing. I’m in my 40s and this is not my first experience purchasing a car. I would never recommend this dealership, they will have something up their sleeve to rob you of more money than you expect when you buy a used car. There is no integrity in that. More
