Appointment Oil Change Made an appointment and it took more than 1.5 hours. We didn't just stop in off the street, the appointment was made days in advance. No one came to say there were problems, why there was a delay, or to apologize. There wasn't an excessive amount of people waiting so not sure why an oil change took this long. I did have to wait quite a while for the Service person to arrive. If the time spent waiting for the service guy to arrive maybe it could of been less time but the vehicle was gone for a long time also. More

Outstanding service advisor Becky took the time to get my vehicle right in since I had an appt w a different advisor and several of the things that were supposedly done were not. Becky took the time to get my vehicle right in since I had an appt w a different advisor and several of the things that were supposedly done were not. But they made sure to charge me for the non warranty items and get that done. I still have tinted windows with bubbles all over them and they want me to leave my vehicle all day on a weekday when I work and red to give me a loaner. They never changed my tires to nitrogen nor did they buy a missing bolt back. Becky took it in and made all of it right. Except for tine since it is a drop off and leave job and I was there at n a weekend. She was awesome. Will not have anyone else than her take care of me. Especially since the last advisor didn’t have to courtesy to text me back. After he initiated the texts because he didn’t want to deal w my tiny and the issue of leaving my vehicle there. Guess I’m going to a real tiny shop and billing Ferman. Which after 6 vehicles in 5 years I thought I would st least rate some kind of response. But becky was awesome taking care of what she could. 10s across the board for her. The rest of service not so much. Tons in sales and becky I service are the only ones keeping me and my family coming back for lore vehicles. And I’ll bring them a recipe for me paying out of pocket to get my tiny fixed that was bubbles from the day I bought my Jeep More
All parts weren’t there for recall I was told they had to order all recall parts so my appointment had to wait a week. I dropped the truck off and returned 4 hours later saying they hav I was told they had to order all recall parts so my appointment had to wait a week. I dropped the truck off and returned 4 hours later saying they have to order one of the recall parts. Just this morning I noticed my odometer button was broken (not sure how). I’m out of town for a while with the vehicle so there’s nothing I can do. The reason for the delay getting the recall fixed was to order the parts- someone failed me. More

Jonathan Lopez was our salesman, he was friendly and knew everything we asked and needed to know. He took us through his inventory on the lot and took us out on test drives. We were really happy with how we were treated and felt welcomed there. Jonathan Widing in finance helped us get the paperwork done and he also was friendly and we felt 0 pressure with him too!
