Had to threaten to cancel my appointment to get the service advisor to honor it. My factory stereo audio is cutting out on the left side and blowing speakers. They claim they couldnt replicate. I told them they would experience it if they drove the vehicle. The car was not driven to confirm. Instead I was told to take the car to the dealership that sold and installed my speakers to have them replace the speakers (I didnt come in for that I came in because the audio was cutting in and out) my warranty is up in 1000 miles, I drive from Dunedin to New Port Ritchey and pass several dealerships along the way because Jamie in service is awesome. Figures the one time I show up when he isnt there I leave pissed off and without things being taken care of. I wont come back for service or sales. Get it together. More
