Oil Change Appointment Scheduled my oil change over a week in advance for a Saturday at 11:30am. FYI -my oil changes are covered (along with a tire rotation which I was not Scheduled my oil change over a week in advance for a Saturday at 11:30am. FYI -my oil changes are covered (along with a tire rotation which I was not having done). Arrived at Ferman at 11:25 (time noted). After waiting my turn, I was checked in. We were waiting, not dropping off. Walked around the lot for some time, sat in the waiting room. At 12:40, went outside, saw on the tv screen they had me checked in at 11:45 or 11:50 - as I walked towards the back lot, I see my Jeep out there. Maybe it's done and I didn't hear them call me, I say to myself. Now I know it was around lunchtime and everyone needs to eat, so during my time in the waitng room, employees are going back and forth with 'takeout' boxes to the service center. Waited for a free service employee, then asked about my Jeep. Someone from the garage was walking by so he yelled out to him about the Jeep - the guy said 20 minutes - not sure if that meant 20 more minutes or it would take 20 minutes - wasn't sticking around to find out - had been there an hour and a half at that point. Asked for my keys and left. I will not return to Ferman until my lease is up next year. Until then, I will either pay a trusted mechanic or visit another Jeep dealer. We are even in the market at this time for the purchase of another Jeep, but as I said, we will not return to Ferman of New Port Richey. More

I like a business where everyone knows me and takes good care of me. I have taken my car here since I bought it brand new in 2015. When I needed a tire and they didn't have it in stock, they loaned me a brand new jeep to use for the weekend. I would definitely recommend their services. More
3 STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT! FIRST TRIP WAS FOR TRANSMISSION SERVICE AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK 2 TIMES BEFORE IT WAS FIXED (STILL NOT SURE IF LEAK IS FIXED). SECOND TRIP - I FIRST TRIP WAS FOR TRANSMISSION SERVICE AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK 2 TIMES BEFORE IT WAS FIXED (STILL NOT SURE IF LEAK IS FIXED). SECOND TRIP - I HAD DAUGHTER'S CAR TOWED (1 BLOCK) IN BECAUSE IT WAS RUNNING HOT. I TOLD THEM RADIATOR WAS LEAKING AND I WANTED EVERYTHING CHECKED. WHEN THEY CALLED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE TO FIX, THEY GAVE ME ESTIMATE FOR MANY, MANY, MANY THINGS. I FELT THE PRICES WERE TOO HIGH AND I HAD THE CAR TOWED TO ANOTHER LOCATION.FOR A SECOND OPINION. THERE, I WAS TOLD THE HEAD GASKET WAS BLOWN. I THEN CALLED THE FERMAN DEALER AND ASKED IF THEY DID A COMPRESSION CHECK AND WAS TOLD NO, BUT THEY DID THE 100 POINT COURTESY CHECK UP (WHICH INCLUDES CHECKING THE COOLING SYSTEM-10 ITEMS INCLUDING THE ENGINE). THIS WAS NOT DONE. IN TALKING TO THE SERVICE MAN, I WAS TOLD ONCE THEY SAW THE RADIATOR LEAKING, THEY DID NOT CHECK FURTHER. I FEEL THAT WHEN I TOLD THE ADVISOR THAT THE CAR WAS RUNNING HOT SO I IMMEDIATELY PARKED IT AND HAD IT TOWED 1 BLOCK TO THE DEALER, HE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE ENGINE. I DO NOT FEEL THE CAR GOT THE ATTENTION IT SHOULD HAVE. THIRD TRIP - WENT IN AND ORDERED A KEY FOR MY CAR. THE KEY HAD TO BE ORDERED. WHEN THE KEY CAME IN, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WENT IN. AFTER WAITING NEARLY 2 HOURS, I WENT TO THE SERVICE DESK AND SAW MY KEY ON THE COUNTER. I WAS GIVEN THE KEY AND LEFT. ON THE DRIVE HOME, I REALIZED THE TOP OF THE KEY WAS MISSING. I CALLED BACK AND AFTER BEING PUT ON HOLD A COUPLE OF TIMES, I WAS TOLD THERE KEY MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN I COULD COME BACK IN. AFTER A FEW DAYS, I CALLED TO SEE IF THE MACHINE WAS WORKING AND WAS TOLD NO, THEY HAD TO ORDER A MACHINE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE DEALER TO GET A KEY MACHINE THAT WORKS. More
