A good car buying experience We started talking to dealerships in march of 2018 was looking at used jeep wrangler JK four doors 2013 and up around 25,000. Came very close to buying one that Joseph Vega then the next day Dennis Mousouris work with us on but my wife and I couldn't bring yourself s to spend 25,000 on a jeep with high miles out of warranty . So we decided that we needed to come up with more money for the down payment and get new or certified pre-owned for the warranty. When it was time to start looking again i decided to give Dennis a call and see what we could work out because my wife and I almost bought the used jk from him and we felt like he work with us and it was a good experience . I know there were more employees that we talked to and worked with all were professional and courteous .I would have listed more names but I'm not good a remembering names . I went in on Saturday 04/28 on the verge of a breakdow I can’t begin to express my gratitude I have for Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey. I went in on Saturday 04/28 on the verge of a breakdown. I had previously call another Ferman Chrysler location a few weeks prior and was told my vehicle was no longer under warranty. This was like a bullet to the heart because I have only had the vehicle a 1 1/2 and my window regulator had broken. I am an active military spouse whose husband is on deployment. I changed the regulator myself and as triumphant as I felt once I got it back together I was quickly defeated when the window wasnt working. I went into the NPR location explained my dilemma and told them I had very little funds enough for a diagnostic and that was pushing it. They took my vehicle in fixed the issue which was a blown fuse and apparently I mixed up plugging something in. They got me working within an hour. When I went to pay no charge and they also advised me my warranty was not expired and gave me expiration dates. They thanked me for my husbands service and let me on my way. I walked out in tears but they were happy tears. Needless to say when he gets back and is ready for his truck we know where we are going. More

Jeep Wrangler I have purchanced our first vehical here, 08 wrangler. Was used but I was ensured that the vehical has been inspected otherwise it wouldn’t have been I have purchanced our first vehical here, 08 wrangler. Was used but I was ensured that the vehical has been inspected otherwise it wouldn’t have been sold. Turns out after the first oil change that the oil had something in it to hide the problem. I had to have Amalie Oil company test all the samples to learn what I really bought. I have invested into a new crack shaft, rods, Pistons, bearings. It took three months for all this to be replaced and have a normal running vehical. Ken was a awesome salesman!!! Don’t blame him for not knowing problems with the vehical. But I am very upset with the dealership not telling their customers that the vehical isn’t as perfect as when sold. I had the learn the hard way not to believe things people tell you. Can’t even trust a dealer xxxx to sell you a good working vehical. More
