I also have to say that when any experience is good it's easy to say good things about a company but when something goes wrong that's when you really find the best or worst of a company. When I purchased my second vehicle from Ferman I had a couple of small items that needed tending to and Robert Suarez was the man that made sure that these items were corrected to my satisfaction. I used to own my own business and would have loved to had Robert Suarez work for me. He is a kind, attentive , thoughtful man and if it were possible to give him 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough in my opinion. Better things to do!!! Here is how it went down. I arrived to have recall service completed on a vehicle. As I was waiting for it to complete, approx an hour. I decided to Here is how it went down. I arrived to have recall service completed on a vehicle. As I was waiting for it to complete, approx an hour. I decided to browse the certified Challengers and Chargers. After about 30 minutes of roaming the entire lot looking at the various selection, I had been surprised that I had not been approached once by a single person. I then went into the sales office and it literally took another 10 minutes to find a person to talk to. Then after asking a few questions, he was unable to help me and suggested I go to the new car sales and speck to one of them. Just as I was about to leave, the person I spoke to had said he could call someone to speak to me. At this point I was ready to go but my car was still being worked on and I just walked over to the waiting lounge. At least there I was able to get a water and doughnut. I have bought a 2016 Charger from here but I don't know if I will be back here for another. More
