Certified 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee I came into Ferman already knowing what car I wanted, and Tarek made especially sure to get me home in this vehicle! My situation was a bit unique, as I was co-signing with a parent who lives out of town. The entire team worked diligently to ensure that my experience was as positive as possible. They were extremely flexible in corresponding with both my mom and myself and even let me take the vehicle home before she signed to make me happy. The price of the vehicle was also awesome (about 4-5k under market value), and the Certified Jeep Warranty was beyond what I could have hoped for too! Amazing-the best experience ever! I despise car shopping. I do not like it because of the usual feeling of being "preyed" upon by salesmen. I went to Ferman with my usual mean, dread I despise car shopping. I do not like it because of the usual feeling of being "preyed" upon by salesmen. I went to Ferman with my usual mean, dreaded attitude, for fear of the usual feeling of being "preyed" upon......HOWEVER, this turned out to NOT be the case! Tarek Kassem was the gentleman that greeted my husband and I. My husband had made an appointment with him to view on of their trucks. Tarek was so genuine, kind and down-to-earth. He was so easy to work with-and NEVER made us feel pressured. He made it clear that he was there FOR US! In the end-we were easily able to make a deal that worked for us and left with the new truck that night! Eric was also very kind and easy-going to work with. He was the one that put together our paperwork. We can't thank them enough for this wonderful experience! Brandon Hicks was exactly what we needed to finish off our car buying experience. Personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about cars - it was more like buying a car from a friend than it was the typical salesman. At the same time he was very professional in his approach. We had been looking to purchase a car for a few weeks and with our hectic schedule it was difficult to allocate enough time to make the rounds with the car dealerships. My daughter and I had been looking individually to locate cars online and I would spend my lunch hours visiting lots hoping to look at cars without spending a lot of time with salesmen. If the car was worth it then I would return and see a salesman for a test drive. So on a Saturday we lined up a number of dealers with possible cars and started our journey. The typical experience was explaining to a salesman what we were looking for, having them do a brief search before them steering us towards a vehicle that they wanted to sell. At the end of the day we decided to pull into Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and see if we could look over the SUV's undisturbed. Brandon noticed our arrival and headed our way. He approached us and listened to our requirements and noted the vehicles that would fit the description. We chose two Cherokees that were appealing and test drove one. The quality and handling of it was impressive. Brandon was helpful in explaining all the functions of the vehicle and had a knowledge of the history of it. It was obvious that he has done his homework for the benefit of his customers. I felt like my best friend was pointing out the advantages of the car for our needs. We left the lot not only impressed with the car but also in the way that we were treated. On Monday we chose one for purchase and when we arrived that night Brandon had everything ready to go.
