Becky in the service department ROCKS!!! We have 2 Jeep wranglers and always bring them here to be serviced! Becky has been helping us out for the past few years and she is just wonderful! I run a very tight schedule and have limited time to get in for an Oil Change, he not only Jamie Kissinge went above and beyond and so did his techs. Extraordinary Experience. First, they have a woman who schedules appointments, not just for Ferman Dodge But for all the Freman dealerships. when you have a recall, its a safet First, they have a woman who schedules appointments, not just for Ferman Dodge But for all the Freman dealerships. when you have a recall, its a safety issue so you don't want to wait. Although they did not have the parts in stock she ordered them on the phone while we were talking, told me when they would arrive, scheduled my appointment for just a couple of days later, and E-mailed me every step of the way to inform me this part is in, that part is in, your appointment is on time as scheduled. She is so nice, like a relative you've been missing. They better keep her happy cause, any business would benefit from having her employed with them. Second, then there is Jamie, my service agent. I pull into service, there are several well organized service people there and no lines. They tell me Jamie will be helping you today, and like that they are prepared to take my truck and ask if I want anything else looked at, and I did. I also was informed I could get a shuttle ride home at scheduling. So I asked Jamie about that and he called Jose. Jose was walking to greet me when I walked out door, ready to go. took me home, had non-stop conversation, offered to pick me up and return me to dealer when my truck was done. Which I accepted, and 10 min. after they said truck ready, there is Jose. I'm telling you, this dealership has it all together, this is how all business should be done, I will be back, and yes, you want to come experience this for yourself too! Flat tire with huge hole At 4pm last Friday I got a flat tire from something large in my tire and was unable to pump it up so had to have it towed to Ferman Dodge in NPR. Sinc At 4pm last Friday I got a flat tire from something large in my tire and was unable to pump it up so had to have it towed to Ferman Dodge in NPR. Since it was so late the car was just dropped off at the dealer. Jason Longue called me first thing Saturday morning to tell me that he had the car and would look into the repair and get back to me. Results were I needed a new tire. Jason said he would get it in Monday morning and have my car ready to pickup which he did. Got a call at 11:30 that the car was ready. Thank You Jason!! More
