It was told to me that they were going to call me when the part ordered came in to schedule a return appt. They never called when I called a month later and asked if the part came in. "I think so ". Really ? What kind of customer service response is that? I said what does that mean? Is the part physically there or not. Please check for sure before I schedule a return appt. It was there I hoped and I set up a return appt. Then when I arrived was told "Not sure we can fit your vehicle in today as the person that booked your appt did not allow enough time for the actual repair". Person went into the dept and then came back and said ok we can fit it in. I do not know any names. No one told me their name. I do not recognize anyone listed. More

After holding my car hostage for 5hrs on a Saturday for an oil change they finally called me (after I tried to call them many times with no answer) and said they just finished the oil change and were about an oil change they finally called me (after I tried to call them many times with no answer) and said they just finished the oil change and were about to check my service lights. Basically paid $200 for them to tell me I needed to dish out $2,000 of I want them to fix my brakes, speed sensors and a hose. Parts cost no more than $200. What a ripoff! So I paid $200 for an oil change and a 5 minute diagnosis basically. Bought the vehicle here and think its pretty weird these parts are bad after only 3yrs when I barely drive the car. Never again. 😐 More
