AMAZING I can’t begin to express my gratitude I have for Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey. I went in on Saturday 04/28 on the verge of a breakdow I can’t begin to express my gratitude I have for Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey. I went in on Saturday 04/28 on the verge of a breakdown. I had previously call another Ferman Chrysler location a few weeks prior and was told my vehicle was no longer under warranty. This was like a bullet to the heart because I have only had the vehicle a 1 1/2 and my window regulator had broken. I am an active military spouse whose husband is on deployment. I changed the regulator myself and as triumphant as I felt once I got it back together I was quickly defeated when the window wasnt working. I went into the NPR location explained my dilemma and told them I had very little funds enough for a diagnostic and that was pushing it. They took my vehicle in fixed the issue which was a blown fuse and apparently I mixed up plugging something in. They got me working within an hour. When I went to pay no charge and they also advised me my warranty was not expired and gave me expiration dates. They thanked me for my husbands service and let me on my way. I walked out in tears but they were happy tears. Needless to say when he gets back and is ready for his truck we know where we are going. More

Poor Experience When you are told that your vehicle has a FULL SERVICE check but you notice that the washer fluid was not checked at all because your "LOW WASHER FLUI When you are told that your vehicle has a FULL SERVICE check but you notice that the washer fluid was not checked at all because your "LOW WASHER FLUID" light comes on! (the next day!) Makes me wonder if the oil was even checked??? Then your service rep asks if any updates need to happen?? How do I know? If there are updates why are they not checked for? When your service rep cant even manage to walk in to get you and waves to the other side??? Then when your sitting in the customer waiting area and the car sales reps decide its a good idea to blast the hockey game on the TV's.....so i go and ask them to turn it down which one of them was very nice and did. Honestly it was xxxxty experience and a one star is generous. More
The worst service department ever I purchased a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee. I heard a small squeaking noise at the time of purchase. I was so small that it did not warrant looking into. As the months went on I notice the noise only when I hit a but or a pot hole. The headrest came apart one month after purchase. I later found that this was part of a factory recall that was supposed to have been handled by the service department. I called to report these problems and ask for and oil change. Me and an my wife had planned to take a trip to pigeon forge Tennessee. I asked for someone to just take a look at my vehicle before the trip. I also said that the transmission is lagging on acceleration. He said that it does not sound serious and I should be able to make my trip and bring it in afterwards. I gave him my information and he said that I should be fine until after my return. Unfortunatey the trip take 2000 miles to travel round trip. Three weeks after the trip I got car in tor the servicing. When I purchased the vehicle they told me about the 100 day warrantee but refuse to let you know about the 3000 mile portion of the warrantee which I went over on my trip to Tennessee. I never knew this but even so they I asked for and oil change I was called and told me that first your car cannot be waranteed and next. That little noise is in the front end and you need a rack and pinion. Next the seat is comming apart and needs to be replaced. Rack and pinion 1400 and seat several hundred dollar. The said that they did the oil change. My rebuff to all of this was oil is not change or not reset but I have a reciept for the repair. This was supposed to be a certified vehicle. They missed the rack and pinion, missed the factory recall on the seat. They did not properly do the oil change. My car ws dirtier when picked up the vehicle than when left. The oil change was not done. This was the service department that certified the vehicle. I am afraid to drive my on new car. I think that my car was passed over on repairs and cerification and may be lemon. I have called chrysler and if things do no match up i will return my vehicle as a lemon. The sales people were nice but all of that is out of the window because I think that they only want sell cars. I may have to return mine. More

Un-Courteous, no communication, un-welcoming Showed up, no one in the service department acknowledged me or asked if I need help. They just kept walking by me til I finally asked someone to help. Dropped of the Vehicle and never got a status call, they kept it overnight without ever giving me a phone call or getting my permission. Left my wife and I stranded without a vehicle for 24 hours. Every time I called would get transferred to service where no one ever would answer or reply to messages. Jason in service did not reply to texts or calls. When he finally did the next morning he had a women whom I guess don't work in that department call me cause I guess he did not want to speak to me himself. She didn't have the answers to my questions so she had to transfer me to him anyways. These guys need to take a lesson from the people at Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs about customer service and common courtesy. Ferman Chevy messed up before but made up for it with a free rental and discount. When I complained to Jason he didn't even offer a discount or at least throw in a free oil change. Also seemed very insincere with his apology. I think I will take the Vehicle to Tire Choice next time, Friendlier staff and more helpful. More
