Just an Oil and Filter Change I've never had any complaints when dealing with this dealership. I've bought 2 of my last 3 vehicles from this location and while my current Jeep I bo I've never had any complaints when dealing with this dealership. I've bought 2 of my last 3 vehicles from this location and while my current Jeep I bought elsewhere, I still bring it here for service. The staff is always courteous. Pricing seems to be fair. I almost always bring my own oil and filter for them to use. This trip, I also needed a replacement rear window wiper which they didn't think they would have in stock but they did. I was all taken care of. The only sad part of my visit was there were no donuts left in the customer lounge this time. I so look forward to the donuts! More

Urgent hurry My blower motor stopped working. I was originally going to get a ride home from the courtesy car, but after talking to my service rep and letting hi My blower motor stopped working. I was originally going to get a ride home from the courtesy car, but after talking to my service rep and letting him know that a family member had an important medical appointment I was asked to wait and left with my car fixed within the hour. That appointment turned into an ER visit and, with my blower working and car windows free of fog, we returned safely at 3am the next morning. So grateful to everyone! More

Ferman is horrible. This dealership is horrible. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and fruitless when it comes to dealing with them. I purchased a Jeep Comp This dealership is horrible. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and fruitless when it comes to dealing with them. I purchased a Jeep Compass that frequently doesn't start and randomly drains my battery, leaving me stranded at times. I have had the vehicle towed into Ferman multiple times with no answers. I escalated my frustrations to corporate and received a case manager. Case manager spoke with the service director Mike Hughs and he stated that the car is in perfect working order and nothing is wrong with it. Completely ridiculous and a service manager, of all people, should know better. I am to the point that I'd rather trade this car in than really figure out what is wrong with it. Horrible dealership and horrible service department. I have told everyone I know to stay away from Ferman More
