Good experience. I decided to try Ferman again after a previous poor experience (where I all but sworn off doing business there again) at their dealership. The only minor issue was I ended up waiting longer than I was told which threw the rest of my day off. Steve did a great job. He was patient and very polite. I was having problems shifting into 4wd, which he was able to demonstrate.
