I had requested electrical wiring repaired along with changing out headlight bulbs. Since I purchased and brought my own parts which I learned later that the service manager would not allow bulbs to be c changing out headlight bulbs. I had thought that the electrical wiring I requested repaired was not completed. I will have to double check my receipt to verify whether I was charged for electrical work. I am severely disappointed that the wiring repair was not performed along with the replacement of my high beams. Seeing as there is a lot involved removing parts to get to the headlight assembly. My tire was losing air on 5/14 which was the last day of my bumper tp bumper dealer warranty so I called for service that day. It was very hard to get a "live" person on the phone- my messages were not retu my bumper tp bumper dealer warranty so I called for service that day. It was very hard to get a "live" person on the phone- my messages were not returned- so I kept calling until finally I told the receptionist I would have to talk with a manager. She then said David Frankie would call me right back. He called me about 15 to 20 minutes later. I explained the situation. He said it was then too late to came out that day. If they had answered the phone or returned my earlier messages , it would not have been too late to come out on the 14th. In any event Mr Frankie told me to come out the next morning- which I did. On the 14th the tire had lost half it's pressure- so obviously there was some problem. On the 15th they took me right in but told me they could not find any problems with any of the tires. I am not sure what they did to thoroughly check out the situation? In any event I am quite sure I will now have to return another time when the tire is low again. I believe they should have taken the tire off the rim and done an internal inspection which I will have to insist upon when it gets low again. More

If I could leave no stars I would, this is the 2nd time I have had a super negative experience with a Ferman dealership. The service department is a joke. They are crooks. If you value your money don't buy their by warranty, they won't do the work to prove it is a warranty problem, and charge you 50% more than what a fair standard rate it to do the work. Take you vehicle somewhere that values you as a customer. I cannot stress enough run away for this BAD business. More
