I have had some issues with this vehicle and I’ve felt with other service writers but I’ve always been able to go trust Steve to get me in and out as quick as possible. It was a the 12th visit for the same issue over 2 years. A faulty display screen/computer. The dealer service depts are “trying” but the unit, or design, is flawed! Bought my Certified 2019 Grand Cherokee at this dealership February 2020. I even brought several insurance packages. A few weeks later I received notice I need to update computer in dash. After dealership February 2020. I even brought several insurance packages. A few weeks later I received notice I need to update computer in dash. After bringing my vehicle in for service early morning, I figured I would get a call from the service writer, but I figured wrong so I called. Long story short, I called and the service writer stated the dash went blank. They had my car for 4 weeks. That was February 2020. I have brought my car in a couple of times for oil changes and alignment, always some king of issue. January 2021 I bring it in for an oil change and explain to service writer that a panel in the trunk area is coming off. He that’s a problem Jeep, actually each time in have brought something up, they I would hear, that’s a problem Jeep. So after the oil change a made a left and went south to Fitzgerald Jeep. Showed the service writer the panel. She order a new one and they put in a few days later along with Hitch, Hitch wiring harness and bezel for almost 400.00 I was quoted from Ferman Jeep. I did call there customer service person in corporate office and she had the General Manager call me. They both did not careee Glad Fitzgerald was there for me. More
