I came because I just purchased a 2012 Expedition and my Sync wouldn't work. After numerous calls with the Sync team at Ford, they said a dealer could fix it. I spent 2.5 hours and $161.78 to find out I nee Sync wouldn't work. After numerous calls with the Sync team at Ford, they said a dealer could fix it. I spent 2.5 hours and $161.78 to find out I need a APIM Assembly to the tune of $1167.19! I asked Jeff if I ordered the APIM Assembly would Ford credit the $161.78...nope. Thanks, but I'll go aftermarket as I've seen many problems with the APIM Assembly in just about every year of Expeditions. More
