I had been a customer for nearly ten years. The collision center completely missed dents, had bugs in the paint, and just didn't finish all of the work caused by the accident. I had to bring the vehicle back twice to get the work done and still not everything was finished. There is no quality control whatsoever. There's also a third-party service that calls to create lead generation. I thought yeah I'll play ball. There was just an absolute disconnect between the phone call and the sales rep. The person I had a conversation with on the phone offered above KBB on my vehicle. I show up and the quote was nowhere near KBB and a complete waste of my time. With two dealerships 5 minutes north and south on 19 you'd think they would be able to stay competitive. More
