Great experience except for having people in the waiting room eating and drinking, but mostly just sitting,all without masks on. I was able to get an appointment for service on the day I called. Was checked in quickly and was out in under an hour. Your service dept had my car all day last week. They did not put air in my tires after rotating them. They were each 5 lbs under. I stopped at the Ford dealer in Pasco as I was picking up my grandson to tak not put air in my tires after rotating them. They were each 5 lbs under. I stopped at the Ford dealer in Pasco as I was picking up my grandson to take him to school. Was very scary experience. And there not able to get part for my car for heating and cooling system, this is a brand new Ford 2020. I paid cash. Really not pleased with Ford right now. Also having trouble with the locks. The drivers door was locked all others were unlocked the man that helped me at Ford dealer in Pasco found that issue when he went to get in my car to put air in the tires.... Not very pleased at the moment More
