Really Poor Service Experience Poor communication with me, No solid answers, Finally gave up and went to a different Ford dealer to try and get my issue resolved with a 2019 Fusion Poor communication with me, No solid answers, Finally gave up and went to a different Ford dealer to try and get my issue resolved with a 2019 Fusion Fleet Car. First the check engine light turned into a new motor. Several weeks later when returned there was no heat and it had shorted out and died on the way, had to be towed. Returned to me with still no heat and took back They replaced T stat and heat sensor but they did not fix the issue. After several days of waiting for a diagnosis I gave up and picked up the car which by the way was very dirty inside and took it to a different dealer to dagnose. More
