I went to Ferman Ford to have 4 new tires, alignment, a new key programmed and an oil change. I was happily greeted with a smile, taken care of right away. I met with my advisor Cameron and he went above a new key programmed and an oil change. I was happily greeted with a smile, taken care of right away. I met with my advisor Cameron and he went above and beyond to make sure everything got done that day and kept me informed throughout the process. I informed Cameron that I was not able to pick up my truck that day (Saturday) so he sent me a link to pay on-line and picking up on a Sunday couldn't have been any easier. I would also like to thank Tony the parts manager for helping me decide on the tires I wanted. More
