Sucked Had my car towed there after being hit by a truck. Came there week later to retrieve something from my car and no one even knew it was there. Waited a hour and a half for them to figure out where my keys were. A week later car is supposed to be ready. Paint looked like Cellulite! Kept it couple more days to fix that. The door still is not aligned correctly and the trim sticks out too far. Pathetic work. Pathetic service and my car smells like fart spray. Would NEVER recommend this place! And to think FERMAN BMW sent me there. Wow. Just wow. More

On the fence This is my third time I have taken my car to Furman ford and my third service guy. This time I had my master brake cylinder go out at 33,000 miles. H This is my third time I have taken my car to Furman ford and my third service guy. This time I had my master brake cylinder go out at 33,000 miles. He never looked to see if I had a warranty and he keeped trying to sell me upgrades. He could’ve asked me to do my maintenance when I did my oil change not when I had a major issue. He seemed more interested in selling me more stuff then keeping my loyalty and best interest in mind. He also did not offer a loner when the part never came in on Friday. that would have left me with out a car for the weekend and Monday to get to work. Then on top of that I could not pick up my car on Monday becuse the computers we’re down. More

Wasn’t until I contacted the service dept manager that anyone started repairing my vehicle....Customer service was awful, will NOT be purchasing my newer vehicles at a dealership that doesn’t care about maintaining my vehicle More
