Vehicle service is good I came in for vehicle service on a leased Ford Flex. The service went well. While I was waiting I went to the sales department to give Ferman the opportunity to trade my lease on a new lease. I have an offer through a competing Ford dealer. I wanted to give Ferman an opportunity to match the competitors deal since Ferman beat the same competitor for the vehicle I am currently driving. The salesman took all my info and had the car appraised. He said he would be calling me the next day after they found the car with the options I desired. I never received a call. This is no big deal, like I said, I have a deal at another dealer. Just thought that someone would like to know that business was lost to Ferman. No hard feelings. More

Dishonesty with price changing. No customer service! Negotiated a price for a Mazda 6 via email. Received a written quote with breakdown of agreed price. When arrive (driving over 100 miles) I test drove the car and shook hands with the manager on the agreed written price. After agreement to purchase price and giving them confidential information; they decide to try and up sell me an additional 500 dollars. I’m very disappointed with the misquoted price and waste of my time and money. I will not buy or recommend them. Very deceptive business sales. They do not respond when confronted about their sales practices either. BEWARE if driving any amount of distance. They do not honor prices and will change them during paperwork. More

We were considering purchasing another make of vehi My wife and I dropped in on a whim to look at a Ford certified pre-owned Ford Escape for our son. We were considering purchasing another make of vehicle and not familiar with the Escape, so, our visit was originally just to compare the Escape to the vehicle we were considering at a different dealership. Joe Lukason greeted us and spent a fair amount of time explaining the Escape’s features and showed us several trim models. We found that all the vehicles we looked at were exceptionally clean and aggressively priced. One particular vehicle stood out because of the color, features and price, so we brought our 17 year old son to the dealership to look at the car; needless to say, he loved it. The following day we negotiated a price and purchased the vehicle. The entire purchase process was phenomenal, very quick and easy. We had a great experience with Ferman Ford and look forward to purchasing another car from them in the future. More

Zen buying experience I came to Ferman Ford to replace the AC on my 2008 Escape hybrid. Once we had the repair estimate, figured in the mileage, etc - it was apparent the b I came to Ferman Ford to replace the AC on my 2008 Escape hybrid. Once we had the repair estimate, figured in the mileage, etc - it was apparent the best bet would be to purchase a new car. I really wasn’t planning to buy a car today, but Dimitri was so mellow (let me check the car out on my own without pressure), listened to my needs and found me a car that not only was like new, it fit in my budget. They gave me a fair trade in price and helped me sort through the right warranty too. From the helpful technician (William) that heard me while we talked through repair scenarios, to the expert salesmanship (Dimitri) and the tenacious financing (Eric) - it was such a nice experience. I plan to drive my new car for the next 10 years just like my last Ford. And when I’m ready to let it go for something new, I will be right back at Ferman. More
