The wait for parts was not as long as I thought it would be. Once parts came in everything went quick and efficiently. I was genuinely surprised by the professionalism of William and the Ferman service staff. It was a refreshing experience since I just switched brands from a nearby competitor. Was a 4 hours wait fir an oil change and tires rotation. Way too long for that. No one came to informed me that the car was done and technician went to lunch knowing I was waiting. I had an issue with my truck so I called William Pannier that evening he scheduled me in the next morning , the service team quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem excellent job.
