Another fiasco. I know you are in business but I don’t like being ripped off. Proposed repair didn’t need to be made. They eventually found an option that was 1,000 cheaper. I will never take my vehicles there again. Went in for a simple key programming and two hours later was told they couldn’t do it. No communication other than upselling services and didn’t address the issue simple key programming and two hours later was told they couldn’t do it. No communication other than upselling services and didn’t address the issue of the key until I was ready to leave. It was stated that the machine wasn’t working and hadn’t been working, so I’m not sure why that wouldn’t be shared when I made the appointment or when I arrived.
