I was at Ferman on 2 occasions within a week of each other, for half shaft seals and tire sensor and then again for windshield motors. Can’t say enough about the service I received. Robert was especially helpful and went out of his way to accommodate. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting excellent service. Every time I’ve worked with Cameron I’ve gotten great! Service! Last time I was in I was told it would be several days for service. One of the mechanics came in ( I don’t know his name ) And he said I can Service! Last time I was in I was told it would be several days for service. However the service rep I was working with I believe it was Jeff had told me it would be a day or so before it could be looked at. Which I felt was a bit lazy and lacking care. I bought my F150 about a year and a half ago. I dealt directly with a sales manager at the time because I was upside down my trade in vehicle. I received top quality attention and service. It added about 6 months to the length of my payment schedule but my payment went down 1 or 2 dollars and I got a truck that worked for me.
