I am charged with the care of my friends elderly handicapped mother who has a very hard time walking and standing. Sitting around the dealership waiting for repairs would have been a huge burden for her, and painfull. I explained this to Robert and he listened and acted swiftly to get Sandy back to the resort pronto. Robert also provided accurate information about the diagnostic time and repair times. Robert was spot on with the diagnostic time and repair times. I felt the repair cost was very reasonable. He provided a text with a link that explained the details and costs for repair and covered it on the phone as well. Wow my hats off to him, great job Robert. I reported back to Sandys family explaining the repairs, costs and the fantastic way they took care of her and her car. I told them the dealership gets an A+ in my book, and they know im not an easy person to please, and im not a pushover. Robert and the entire service department earned this A+ rating. No problems were found, but during my discussion with service rep Jeff, he noted that I already had extended coverage, purchased when I bought the truck. I went home to check and sure enough I was covered. Jeff literally saved me a little over $3000 which is the cost of the new warranty I was ready to buy. Beyond that, Jeff and the service team were all professional, courteous, competent and friendly with all other aspects of the visit. More
