He was always asking if I needed anything or if I wanted to drive another MINI, making sure I never felt pressured and always felt supported. Everyone made the entire experience—from selecting the car to completing the purchase—pleasant, informative, and enjoyable. I also want to give special recognition to Jeff Walstrom, the BMW Finance Manager. He found a creative financing solution that made this purchase possible—something I had never experienced before. I’m incredibly grateful because if he hadn’t been able to make the numbers work, I simply wouldn’t have been able to buy this car. I also applaud the team for allowing me to take the MINI home overnight. That gave me the confidence to know it was truly the right car for me, and it made all the difference in my decision.
