Excellent experience I brought my car in for normal maintenance (spark plugs and oil change). I waited in the waiting area and the service was performed in about 2 hours. They arranged better financing rate than I had found so that was plus. Still hate the use of "dealer pack", adding fees like prep, etc for $1,000 then saying they can't waive it because they would be sued in a class action. Pure nonsense - dealer of another brand we were looking at waived it in about 20 seconds. Even the Florida consumer site says it is fully negotiable and should not be paid as the "prep" etc. is included in the MSRP. Anyway, great car good salesperson and finance guy! More
