Dealership’s knowledge of 2019 Cooper S limited Does not know why Rear Fog lights do not work, I had to Goto another dealership to find out why. Paid over a thousand bucks for pre owner’s car prep which no know why Rear Fog lights do not work, I had to Goto another dealership to find out why. Paid over a thousand bucks for pre owner’s car prep which not done properly. Cigar lighter socket not checked as not working, car still dirty guess just ran it through a $20 car wash, wiper blades rotten. No spare key but then said I could buy one for 50% off about $175! Once car sold to me at agreed price, introduced to accounts and higher management who wanted around $6,000 extra to cover things that I’d already paid for and they may have missed plus a very limited warranty, now they no longer respond to my emails. Not upto what I would expect from a BMW/Mini dealership. Its always your choice who you Goto More

The process of purchasing my mini-cooper (off of lease) was smooth and easy. The only hassle was the warranty process afterwards, where the salesman attempts to sell "bumper to bumper" coverage that doesn' was smooth and easy.
