The Mini broke down and had it towed to Ferman and after 4000 in repairs, the ca Outstanding, I bought a Mini from a different dealer, big mistake. The Mini broke down and had it towed to Ferman and after 4000 in repairs, the car drove great, but 3 to 4 months later the timing changed broke causing more problems. After taking it back to Ferman a bigger bill. Service, sales and Mike the GSM saw I was very upset and tried to help. Well they did, being on disability they did what it took to get me a new Mini 16 with warranty. Thank you so much staff, you are family now More

Drive a mini and it will become your “go to” car I went into purchasing a new vehicle without my wonderful husband with some trepidation as a “go it alone” experience is not always positive. I was s I went into purchasing a new vehicle without my wonderful husband with some trepidation as a “go it alone” experience is not always positive. I was so pleased to see that Sara Griffith was still a sales person as she had sold us our first mini. We were so impressed with Sara that we bought the 2016 Countryman on the first visit. When my husband passed last January I was left with 2 cars; the other being my 2016 Mercedes GLK. Not wanting 2 vehicles, I sold the Benz as I realized the Mini was my “go to” car. Last week I brought ”Jimini” for service and found the 2020 Countryman needed to go home with me. Sara stepped me through every aspect without a hitch and add in-depth instruction on the car’s technology. She is a super star in my book and I have a new Jimini. Thanks much Sara! More
