Courtney was my Svc agent-she was great-listened to my comments & helped me make repair decisions. Car was worked over WELL. Only concern I have is cost of 4 tires, but this has to do w/personal finances comments & helped me make repair decisions. Car was worked over WELL. Exceptional Service as always! Bud, the Service manager, walked me through how to get my car started and lined up a loaner (with Matt) for me when I reached the dealership.
