I made an appointment and drove 45 minutes for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I needed to wait nearly two hours for the service to be completed. Then, another 45 minutes back to Tampa. We brought the car in a for an overall evaluation. Several issues were detected and fixed. After picking and driving the car about 10 miles, the car was not operating correctly in that it put itself i Several issues were detected and fixed. After picking and driving the car about 10 miles, the car was not operating correctly in that it put itself in low power mode. We called Matthew at the dealership. He got us back in on the same day and resolved the new problem. I rating our visit high due to Matthew stepping up when something went wrong. Appreciate it. More
