Was pleasantly surprised that they offered me a Lyft home so I didn't have to wait for my car. most repair workers charge a fee to diagnose a problem, but if you have them fix it they subtract the diagnose fee from the labor charge (probably because most of the labor is already done digging into the but if you have them fix it they subtract the diagnose fee from the labor charge (probably because most of the labor is already done digging into the problm.) Not with Ferman. Disapointed that they do this double billing in my opinion. If I elected to not have the repair done I woudl expect to just pay the diagnose fee. More
