Insurance company called said it would be ready on the 8th no problem all is good. NOT! body shop said it was in line to be washed, 3 days later still there When my husband and I went to see what was going on we Talked to Manuel told him we were tired of his lies as we had called each day and got the same answer and were going to file a complaint. He laughed in our face and said go ahead I don't care We then talked to the sales manager and he called the body shop manager who appeared some what later as he was busy ' They both listened bottom line Manuel has no respect for the customer got my car 2 hours after the fact More

Everything I Needed After finishing my one year of maintenance, I had my oil done at an un-named place, but let's just say it rhymes with Nifty Boob, and they (among othe After finishing my one year of maintenance, I had my oil done at an un-named place, but let's just say it rhymes with Nifty Boob, and they (among other things) told me that my battery needed to be changed urgently. Then they looked dejected when I said it was still under warranty. So I came to the dealership for a battery check, and to get a piece of plastic that was now hanging from my undercarriage clipped back in place. They did it quickly, without fanfare, and without charge. I think I'll make an effort to get there for further maintenance rather Lubing with folks whom I might be able to get to in a Jiff. More
