Volvo Tarpon Service Brought my new 2020 vehicle in for assistance installing a Thule roof rack I purchased. The service department with Matt and Sharon just are awesome. Brought my new 2020 vehicle in for assistance installing a Thule roof rack I purchased. The service department with Matt and Sharon just are awesome. Their tech couldn't install what I purchased because it was incorrect. I reordered other parts and brought it back and still had the wrong parts. Matt ended up helping me purchase the roof rack through Volvo and I was able to return $1500 in Thule parts back to them. Saved so much money! These guys rock More
