Worst service department I have ever been to in my 35+ years of owning/leasing cars! Unprofessional, unfriendly and overall bad attitude. For a luxury car brand you have much to improve on! I was there years of owning/leasing cars! Unprofessional, unfriendly and overall bad attitude. For a luxury car brand you have much to improve on! I was there for 3 different service occasions and on my last one I had to walk away due to bad customer service. Took my car to the Collection in Coral Gables instead where the service is top notch!
