Unsatisfactory experience. Service and dealership were aware that the steering wheel was off center when I drove my new Lavante off the lot. This was a $106,000 vehicle and you Service and dealership were aware that the steering wheel was off center when I drove my new Lavante off the lot. This was a $106,000 vehicle and you could imagine the disappointment driving this vehicle home. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership on three occasions without resolution. On the third return visit, was asked to pay $2000 toward the repair when the dealership knew the problem existed when the car was initially leased. This is my third consecutive Maserati lease, two of which were from Fort Lauderdale Maserati. Will certainly not buy or lease from this dealership again nor will I recommend to anyone in the future. Service was completely disappointed. First I got a text offering car loaner but was on the wrong date, I replied advising of the error but No one answered then I got a second text confir First I got a text offering car loaner but was on the wrong date, I replied advising of the error but No one answered then I got a second text confirming the correct date and asked wuedtyabiut time frame to be done and possibly getting a loaner but also no answer. Then my vehicle was checked in by someone that was the person assigned to my vehicle but took the keys then my vehicle was there without being communicated to the correct person. There were updates to be done that were not done because I was told I did not reserved a loaner. My vehicle took over 4 hours to get the oil change and air filter done. Pep boys offers a one hour service for this with an appointment, this is basic stuff. Someone needs to take actions asap this is the second time I bring my car and time frame to get this done is way too long More
