My complaint is not about all the folks who work in the Ft. Lauderdale showroom, everyone is pleasant and caring, it's about how disappointed we are with the ridiculous excuses we are given on why our car Ft. Lauderdale showroom, everyone is pleasant and caring, it's about how disappointed we are with the ridiculous excuses we are given on why our car has problems. Our brakes produce a very loud screeching noise and at first, they said it's normal for a high-end car...now they say it's because we live in Florida which is surrounded by the ocean. They have never been able to resolve all the issues that are wrong with our car. We are disappointed and will never buy another Maserati from Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale again. Time to move to another brand. More
