A Good Car Buying Experience My wife and I came in to pick up our car from the Service Department and left a few hours later with a new car - we both commented to each other that My wife and I came in to pick up our car from the Service Department and left a few hours later with a new car - we both commented to each other that we actually enjoyed the car buying experience at Ferrari Maserati Alfa Romeo of Fort Lauderdale. This was due to the people we were dealing with - kudos to Hank Carpenter, Rene Cotera and Rick Feldman. Hank and Rene went beyond the mere "closing the deal" and they demonstrated that they very much wanted my wife and I to feel that they had met our expectations. They did and then some. I highly recommend this dealership to prospective buyers. More

I woke up today thinking to myself I wasn’t going to buy anything I’m going to get pricing and too look because I was xxxx bent on a Audi A7 sport back. First met Randy Carpen at the Fort Lauderdale car show. His patience, knowledge and dedication despite people all around to focus and give me and my wife quality time to show us both Alfa cars was very imp His patience, knowledge and dedication despite people all around to focus and give me and my wife quality time to show us both Alfa cars was very impressive. Then we of course visited him at the Ferrari Maserati Alfa Romeo of Fort Lauderdale and from the beginning he was engaged and gave his honest recommendations before, during and after our test drives.
