To say that he made the experience both times as easy as possible would be an understatement. Our dealings with Hank have shown us that he is a person of integrity and does anything possible to,put you in the car you desire. It is not always easy to find a car sales person that makes you feel comfortable and makes the whole process of buying a car easy , but Hank always does. We have dealt with many dealerships and sales people in the past but never found a sales rep as ethical and easy-going as Hank. He will always make you feel that you have gotten the best deal possible and leave feeling like he has truly worked on your behalf.
