All four of my rims are damaged after being serviced by your department. The damage is obvious, yet there was no mention of it when delivering my car to me. Our experience with this service center has been less than perfect. We dropped off our Levante for it's second Annual service (20K) and picked it up on January 8, 2024. As I type this response the car i than perfect. We dropped off our Levante for it's second Annual service (20K) and picked it up on January 8, 2024. As I type this response the car is at Maserati of WPB having a new tire installed and alignment done. I can write off one bad service as someone having a bad day, but this is the second. We will not be back to this dealership for service or to buy another car. Which is unfortunate as Danilo was such a nice salesman and the only bright spark in the whole place. More
