Think about the worst experience you could have trying to buy a car. Then magnifying it by 1000. That was what it was like trying to get a new Prius from Findlay. Clayton talked about himself (and his kids and his wife and his mother) incessantly, didn't listen, was not knowledgeable about the cars, and worst, flat-out lied. High pressure tactics that were never going to work on me (read the room, dude). This experience sent me running to Toyota of Pullman, where I got exactly the car I wanted in the nicest, most low-key (and quickest) exchange ever. More
