I purchased a car from Larry Miller Honda in August 2021, GREAT experience! The entire process was 1.5 hours from the time I walked in to the time I drive my new car out! Unfortunately, 2 months later I tota GREAT experience! The entire process was 1.5 hours from the time I walked in to the time I drive my new car out! Unfortunately, 2 months later I totaled that vehicle and went to Larry Miller Toyota (next door) to purchase my next car, what a MISTAKE & difference in experiences!!!!!! I found a vehicle online, went in, negotiated a fair price with the salesman & was adamant I wasn’t interested in any additional add-ons (oil changes, clear coat protection, theft, warranty, etc)…everything was ok until it got to FINANCING! In my moment of despair this gentleman told me he negotiated a lower APR for me with his buddy at Numerical ONLY IF I took these ridiculous options on a 15k mike vehicle. I did it…hook, line & sinker! 🤦‍♀️ I KNOW better & I’ve beat myself up over this mistake since I walked out the door. Your credit score is your credit score & unless there’s some kick back or shady dealings going on there should be ZERO impact on my APR. This man literally brought me in his office, toggled between the APR’s on the screen leaving me with no other option. Why wouldn’t anyone elect these ridiculous options when you’re payment is going to be $100.00 lower per month & your saving thousands over the course of the loan, right🤷‍♀️? NEVER AGAIN will I purchase a car from them or any of their subsidiaries!!! Btw….I was also sold a car meant for Canada 🇨🇦 not the US! Although no CARFAX stated it was ever in Canada & the plate by the VIN said it was made in Kentucky. The vehicle only measures Celsius degrees (no, it cannot be changed to Fahrenheit !!!), XM radio channels are Canadian in the vehicle & the equipment isn’t compatible with Toyota USA only Toyota Canada. *********In this crazy environment of trying to buy a new/used car DON’T TRUST LARRY H MILLER Toyota********* ####UPDATE#### I have called Dave at the number below multiple times, it’s a BOGUS #!. I have called the dealership directly & left a message on his voicemail, no return calls. I have emailed him 2x, no response! I have asked for the money to be returned to me because I think that’s the only way to resolve this but have hear nothing back! I will keep going until there’s a resolution!!!! Michelle Perroux More

After the total loss of my car. I stopped by LHM Toyota to buy a new car. Luis forwarded me to Andrew to show me my new car.
